- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our growing team.
- In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to solution delivery—ensuring that our D365 Business Central implementations align with client business goals.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to design and configure systems, support go-lives, and provide training and post-implementation support.
- Lead and manage end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV implementation projects.
- Conduct high-level discovery sessions and demonstrations during pre-sales engagements.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
- Analyse client business processes and requirements to design effective solutions.
- Develop and document solution architectures and functional specifications.: Provide comprehensive training to users on Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV functionality.
- Deliver post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior consultants and project team members.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring accountability and quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvements and innovation within projects Ensure all project activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
