Carolina Animal Specialty and Emergency (CASE) is seeking an experienced Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative (CSR) to support our Specialty team, primarily in Surgery and Rehabilitation , while also providing cross-department support for Internal Medicine and Emergency services. - Welcome and Support Clients: Provide professional, compassionate service to clients and their pets throughout their visit.
- Coordinate Specialty Care: Schedule appointments, manage patient check-in and check-out, and support daily workflows for Surgery and Rehabilitation.
- Communicate with Care Teams: Coordinate with veterinarians, technicians, and other departments to support patient flow and client needs.
- Manage Records and Payments: Maintain accurate electronic medical records, verify client information, process invoices and payments, and manage related documentation.
- Support Hospital Operations: Answer incoming calls, relay messages, assist with client updates and follow-up communication, and provide reception coverage for Internal Medicine and Emergency when needed.
- Maintain an Organized Environment: Help keep the reception area welcoming, professional, and efficient.
