Conveniently located in Whitsett between Greensboro and Burlington, our full-service veterinary hospital provides comprehensive care for dogs and cats, including preventive medicine, dentistry, diagnostics, surgery, rehabilitation, and more.
We’re looking for a skilled, compassionate Veterinary Technician / Veterinary Assistant who enjoys hands-on patient care, teamwork, and building meaningful relationships with clients.
- Hands-On Patient Care: Safely restrain and handle patients, collect blood samples, place IV catheters, and assist with examinations and treatments.
- Anesthesia and Surgery: Monitor patients under anesthesia, support safe procedures, and provide attentive recovery care.
- Anesthesia experience is required; surgery experience is a plus.
- Diagnostics and Laboratory Work: Run in-house lab work, process samples, and use IDEXX diagnostic equipment to help our doctors make timely treatment decisions.
- Veterinary Team Support: Assist doctors and fellow team members with appointments, procedures, dental care, and daily patient needs.
- Client Experience: Deliver friendly, compassionate customer service, communicate clearly with pet parents, and help families feel confident in their pets’ care.
- Patient Advocacy: Notice changes, communicate concerns, and help ensure every patient receives attentive, individualized care.
