As an Executive Recruiter at Impulse Space , you will lead full-cycle recruiting for senior leadership and executive-level positions across the company. You will partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent across engineering, manufacturing, business operations, and corporate functions. Lead full-cycle recruiting for executive and senior leadership roles, from intake and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and close Partner with the CEO, executive team, and hiring managers to define role requirements, assess talent needs, and align on hiring priorities Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify exceptional passive candidates across the aerospace, defense, technology, and related industries Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and anticipated leadership needs Conduct candidate outreach and preliminary assessments, evaluating leadership capability, technical depth, cultural alignment, and overall fit Manage candidate relationships throughout the interview process, ensuring a high-quality, discreet, and professional experience Provide market intelligence on executive talent availability, compensation, organizational structures, and competitive hiring activity Lead offer development and negotiations in partnership with hiring managers and People Operations.
