- We’re seeking a Transportation Claims Adjuster who brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to managing auto and trucking liability claims.
- The Transportation Claims Adjuster is responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving personal auto and commercial transportation-related claims in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Claims may include Collision (Coll), Cargo, Property Damage (PD), Bodily Injury (BI), and other Commercial Liability (CL) exposures arising from transportation operations.
- This role handles claims of increasing complexity depending on level and collaborates with clients, insureds, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
- Requirements- 5+ years of liability or transportation claims experience.
- Manages moderate complexity claims involving Attorney represented BI exposures.
- Conducts more independent coverage analysis and claim strategy decisions.
- May handle files with attorney representation and moderate litigation activity.
- Demonstrates developing expertise in transportation claims.
