About this role
The Role ClearlyRated is building a dedicated enterprise and C-level motion to bring CX to the largest firms in architecture, engineering, construction, and accounting, starting in early 2027. This role is built to open that door: a well-connected former firm leader who can bring ClearlyRated into rooms of principals and C-level peers, and bring those peers into a real conversation about client experience as a practice differentiator. Build and nurture a community of C-level and principal leaders focused on CX in professional services Set up meetings with C-level and principal contacts at named target accounts (list provided by ClearlyRated) Represent ClearlyRated at select industry conferences as a speaker or panelist Host and chair roundtables of peer principals and C-level leaders Act as a trusted, independent voice connecting firm leadership to the CX conversation in their industry
