Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support teaching and learning across the school, including delivering lessons and interventions under the guidance of teachers.Assist in planning and preparing learning activities tailored to pupils’ needs.Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups to help raise attainment.Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress.Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create an engaging and safe learning environment.What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled HLTA who:
Holds a relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.Has strong communication and organisational skills.Demonstrates a passion for supporting children’s learning and development.Can work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
