About this role
＜櫃檯人員＞接待客人並安排處理客房事宜，如訂房、排房、進退房；負責接聽、過濾、轉接電話並為客人留言，處理帳務、旅遊觀光諮詢，主動發現客戶需求並提供相關服務，客訴處理、交接事項的追蹤處理及記錄。上班時間：早班7:00-15:30、晚班14:30-23:00，兩班制需輪班，月休9天，薪資29500~32000元。 意者請先E-Mail：[email protected]或郵寄履歷再通知面試
