About this role
- 1. 依公司培訓計畫，分階段學習壓鑄製程、品保檢驗流程與品質體系架構。 2. 參與製程品質改善專案，學習使用QC七大手法、8D報告、SPC統計分析等工具。 3. 協助進行供應商進料檢驗、製程異常分析及客戶品質回饋處理。 4. 協助整理FPY、報廢率、不良率等品質數據，建立統計分析與改善報告。 5. 參與ISO 9001與ISO 45001品質體系內部稽核及文件維護作業。 6. 依績效與能力表現，未來可晉升為品保工程師或品保主管。
