Position Description:

Drive new business growth by building strong pipeline, winning new logos and achieving sales targetsManage and grow key/strategic accounts, expanding market share through upsell and cross-sellDevelop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a customer-facing advisorCollaborate with internal technical teams and channel partners to deliver tailored solutionsAnalyze market trends and proactively identify new opportunities to support territory growth Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics or related fields8+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in EDA/CAE/CAD/ software or solution-based salesProven experience in enterprise sales and key account management, with ability to manage complex sales cyclesIndustry experience in 5G/RF, hyperscale, HPC/computing, Automotive, Industrial/IoT or similar domains preferredStrong understanding of software business models and solution selling approachSolid technical knowledge in electronic design ecosystem, engineering analysis or system design preferredStrong track record of achieving/exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skillsSelf-motivated, proactive and result-orientedFluent in English; willing to travel frequently We're doing work that matters.
