Applications / Technology
- Control-M Enterprise Manager/Client components.
- Control-M Server environments for Production and Development.
- Control-M Agents and associated job execution infrastructure.
- Control-M File Watcher and Managed File Transfer (MFT).
- ServiceNow for incident, request and change management.
- Associated Windows, database, network, application and infrastructure dependencies required for batch execution and troubleshooting.
Control-M Technical & Business Analyst / SME (Team Lead)
- Analyze SOPs, runbooks, job definitions, dependencies and the Control-M environment to understand end-to-end batch processing.
- Work with business partners, application owners and technical SMEs to gather requirements and translate business needs into scheduling/workflow solutions.
- Analyze job failures, data dependencies and file-transfer workflows, including Control-M File Watcher & MFT.
- Support new application onboarding, job/workflow design, scheduling changes & integration activities.
- Support Control-M upgrades, migrations, modernization and environment enhancement initiatives
- Review/improve SOPs, runbooks, documentation and operational processes based on lessons learned and recurring issues.
- Coordinate complex technical issues with application, infrastructure, database, security and BMC teams.
- Identify automation, proactive monitoring, workload optimization and other continuous improvement opportunities.
