Job Description
In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
⦁ Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
⦁ Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies and domain specific system configurations
⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

⦁ An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
⦁ Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities

Required Skill and Experience
- Experience in utilities CIS and/or AMI, MDMS implementations
- Experience with Integration of CIS/AMI with other systems such as Field systems, Call Center, Web, Asset and Work, Outage etc
- Experience with functional understanding of business processes required for AMI rollouts, Metering, billing, work management etc in regulated utilities
- Experience with requirements modelling and other tools to improve quality and productivity of IT teams.
- Experience of leading development teams, working with client teams/SMEs at operational and leadership levels
- Experience in preparing and executing testing involving AMI projects
Preferred Skill and Experience
- Ability to mentor distributed teams and operate effectively in multi-vendor, multi-location delivery environments.
- Functional Testing knowledge
Additional Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in Rosemead, CA will be Min $96713 to $132661
