Operator Chemical Production (all genders) Als Chemische Fachkraft in der Produktion verantworten Sie die sichere und präzise Herstellung unserer chemischen Produkte, von der Synthese bis zur fertigen Charge. Sie sorgen für zuverlässige Abläufe, eine sorgfältige Dokumentation und eine gleichbleibend hohe Produktqualität. Dabei verbinden Sie fundiertes chemisches Fachwissen mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamgeist und Freude an kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.
Your role
You mainly carry out organic chemical syntheses and produce chemical liquids in production batches of up to 250 litres. You operate the production equipment and ensure a smooth manufacturing process in line with work instructions as well as quality and safety requirements. You record production data in SAP and document each manufacturing step in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. You actively contribute your experience and ideas and support the team in continuously improving our production processes.
Your profile
Completed vocational training in a chemistry-related field, for example as a chemical laboratory technician, chemical production technician, chemical and pharmaceutical technologist, or equivalent qualification Strong awareness of quality and safety, along with a careful and reliable way of working Willingness to support shift work when needed; your regular schedule is standard working hours Very good written and spoken German

This position is subject to the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry, based on 38,5 hours per week. The amount of the overpayment depends on your professional qualifications and experience, as well as the labor market in Vorarlberg.
