  • Maintain a transparent view of sales, gross profit, functional costs, EBITDA, headcount, CAPEX, working capital and key operational drivers by entity and business line.
  • Coordinate annual budget and periodic forecast cycles for Advantec, including OPEX, personnel expense, CAPEX, headcount, activity rates and cost-center structures.
  • Assess utilization, absorption, productivity, fixed and variable cost behavior, and break-even implications for manufacturing and engineering sites.

  • Develop and monitor working-capital drivers including receivables, inventory, WIP, milestone billing, advances and project cash exposure; agree corrective actions with the business.
  • Support quotation, margin and intercompany pricing analyses, including consistency of PO/SO flows and financial treatment across Advantec and Medical entities.
  • Drive practical standardization and continuous improvement of FP&A, project-controlling and month-end processes across Advantec entities.
