About the role
- Shape the 12-week to 2-year forward plan for asset events, campaigns and major activities across our field and facilities operations.
- You’ll bring teams together, balance competing priorities and make sure scope, resources and constraints are visible early, helping turn future demand into well-planned, executable work.
- Why the role matters?
- Own the long-range view, integrating maintenance, integrity, production, projects and campaign activity into one clear, prioritised asset plan.
- Get ahead of challenges, identifying resource, material, logistics, access and operational constraints before they impact delivery.
- Influence critical decisions, bringing Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Integrity, Projects and Supply Chain together around priorities.
- Turn complexity into clarity, developing scenarios that balance safety, compliance, production, asset risk and resource capacity.
- Lift planning performance, using readiness, schedule health and forecast insights to improve planning quality and reduce late surprises.
What will you bring? Strong experience within Oil & Gas or another heavy industry, with planning and scheduling experience highly regarded. Confidence working across multiple priorities, identifying dependencies and navigating complex operational constraints. Strong systems capability, with experience in SAP or an equivalent CMMS, Microsoft Office and Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software highly regarded. Clear, confident communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate, constructively challenge and build strong relationships across diverse teams.
