Job Summary
- Leads all aspects of REDD Team operations and business performance, with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth.
- Develops and executes operating and commercial strategies, manages customer relationships, and ensures alignment between customer demand and operational capability.
- Oversees daily operations, financial performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Reports directly to the Sr. Director Operations What you will be doing Responsible for plant production goals and for the coordination of plant operations within company policies and procedures.
- Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of organizational goals – specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
- Management of location budget in coordination with Regional Controller.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and environmentally compliant plant.
- Establish and maintain a positive community relationship.
- More than 10% travel What will make you successful?
- Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum of 8 years in a leadership role in a manufacturing industry.
- Working knowledge of various quality standards including – ISO19001 Strong preference for Aluminum Extrusion Industry experience.
