Job Summary
Crothall Healthcare is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Healthcare Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to support operations at a stand-alone ambulatory care center in Groton, MA. This position requires flexibility to work varying days and shifts based on departmental and facility needs. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded maintenance professional with experience in building operations, preventive maintenance, and customer service. Responsibilities include performing cosmetic repairs, basic plumbing and electrical maintenance, and ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience in general building and facility maintenance.
- Working knowledge of cosmetic repairs, basic plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) preferred.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) preferred.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively to facility needs.
