About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our team at Heathland School. As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and positive experiences of our pupils during lunchtime. You will be responsible for supervising students, helping them with their lunchtime routines, and promoting positive behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise pupils in the dining hall and on the playground during lunch breaks. Ensure that students follow safety rules and behaviour expectations. Assist students with basic table manners and any lunchtime-related needs. Manage and resolve any minor disputes or issues in a calm and positive manner. Ensure that pupils are eating in a safe and appropriate environment. Support lunchtime activities and encourage positive play. The Ideal Candidate:
Enjoys working with children and has a friendly, approachable manner. Able to communicate clearly with both children and staff. Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Have a positive attitude and a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of students. Why Work With Us?
