- KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Dispatch vehicles according to the CAD system Assist in receiving, prioritise, logging, and processing all calls and alerts received Provide basic contact centre administration
REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
Grade 12, Basic Ambulance Assistance / BLS with Level 3 first aid Certification
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL MININUM EXPERIENCE
Contact Centre / Emergency Contact Centre exposure
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
