You will make a difference by collaborating closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, Event Coordinator, restaurant and event teams, and guest-facing colleagues. - How you’ll make an impact as a Food & Beverage and Event Intern Coordinating event logistics, guest communication and on-site support to help deliver smooth, welcoming experiences.
- Analyzing operational data and presenting clear insights that support informed decisions and service improvements.
- Developing fresh ideas and practical concepts that enhance food, beverage and event offerings.
- Partnering across teams to solve unexpected challenges, prioritize tasks and keep operations running smoothly.
- Supporting daily restaurant and hospitality operations while anticipating guest and team needs.
- What will make you successful Current student or recent graduate (Bachelor or Master) in hospitality, F&B, or a related field Prior hands-on exposure to food and beverage service, guest-facing operations or event support Being organized, reliable and attentive, with the confidence to adapt quickly and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Having strong customer service, communication and analytical skills, together with curiosity and a proactive approach to learning.
- Communicating fluently in French; English is an advantage.
- Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning, while translating ideas into measurable impact and creating shared value.
