The HPC Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project. Senior Planner Cavendish Nuclear Hinkley Point C As a Senior Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the Sizewell C Nuclear Power Station programme.
- Day-to-day, you'll be required to: Developing and maintaining detailed construction and installation schedules using Primavera P6.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to gather project data and ensure schedule accuracy.
- Tracking progress, identifying potential delays and recommending actions to maintain programme performance.
- Supporting risk assessments, scenario planning and change control activities to assess schedule impacts.
- Preparing schedule performance reports and communicating planning insights to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrable planning and scheduling expertise gained within major infrastructure, engineering or nuclear projects.
- Extensive experience using Primavera P6, including advanced planning and scheduling capabilities.
- Experience within nuclear project planning or similarly complex regulated environments.
- Demonstrating strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Building effective relationships with stakeholders through excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding project controls disciplines, including schedule, cost and risk integration.
