SJC Partners are recruiting for a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join an established law firm with a friendly, down-to-earth team and a strong local reputation.
This full-time role offers the opportunity to develop your own caseload, build lasting client relationships and benefit from an established client base. You’ll also receive internal referrals from three Commercial Property Lawyers and two Dispute Resolution Lawyers.
Your work will include
- Business sales and purchases, mergers and acquisitions
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and terms of business
- Company formations and business start-ups
- Partnership, shareholder and directors’ agreements
- Franchise and agency agreements
You’ll have around 3–5 years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law, with the confidence to manage your own caseload and provide practical, commercially focused advice.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential, alongside a commitment to client care and collaborative working.
