The role offers hands-on responsibility for a varied portfolio of residential property matters, while providing exposure to wider legal and commercial issues across the business.

Description
- Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Draft and negotiate a range of property documentation, including leases, transfers, licences and easements.
- Conduct title reviews, legal due diligence and property-related legal research.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal and transaction-related queries.
- Support process improvement initiatives and wider team projects.
- Assist with the supervision and development of junior team members.
Profile
- Law graduate or equivalent legal qualification.
- Strong experience in residential conveyancing or property law.
- Comfortable managing matters independently and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent drafting, organisation and communication skills.
- Previous in-house experience or exposure to leasehold property matters would be advantageous.
