Pertemps are working with an established manufacturing business located in Alton who are looking for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator to join their growing team.
Responsibilities as a CNC Setter / Operator
- Setting and operating of two different CNC Machines, predominately lathes
- Using of FANUC controls
- Inspection of own work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Reading technical drawings
- Using lathes, mills, drills and gear hobbing machines
- De-burring
- Manual Turning/ milling
Requirements
- Experience in setting and operating CNC Machines
- Hard working and reliable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a small manufacturing team.
The CNC Operator / Setter Role
- Based in Alton
- Monday – Thursday, 7am - 5.30pm
- £16 - £17 per hour depending on experience
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
