Senior Consultant - Research and Strategy Consulting
London (Hybrid) | Up to £100,000 + bonus
We're partnering with a growing specialist strategy consultancy to appoint a Senior Consultant to help global technology businesses make better strategic decisions and unlock growth.
This is an opportunity to work on high-impact challenges, collaborate directly with senior client stakeholders and turn deep customer insight into commercially meaningful recommendations.
The role
- Lead multiple workstreams across complex strategy engagements, managing delivery, timelines and budgets.
- Design research approaches and lead qualitative fieldwork, interviews and analysis.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative evidence into clear, commercially grounded recommendations.
- Develop compelling client presentations, shape the overall project narrative and lead client sessions.
- Support and mentor colleagues, contribute to proposals and identify opportunities for further client work.
- Help shape and test AI-enabled tools designed to transform strategic advice.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years' experience in management consulting, research consultancy, strategic insights or strategic design.
- Strong experience working across B2B and/or B2C technology.
- A track record of leading workstreams and delivering high-quality, insight-led recommendations.
- Excellent qualitative research, analytical thinking, storytelling and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial judgement, attention to detail and confidence working with senior clients.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine curiosity about technology and AI.
The package
- Up to £100,000 base salary, depending on experience.
- Performance-related bonus, typically 20-30%, with higher potential for exceptional performance.
