We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our committed team. This role will involve supporting individual pupils, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), as well as working with small groups of children across the school in both classroom settings and targeted interventions.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

Is adaptable, enthusiastic and committed to supporting children’s learning

Has recent experience of working with children, ideally including those with SEND and neurodiverse needs (e.g. autism, ADHD)

Can engage and inspire children

Is patient, resilient and able to celebrate small steps of progress

Works effectively as part of a team

Has high expectations for all pupils

Pays close attention to detail, particularly when supporting individual needs

Is willing to undertake relevant training and professional development
