The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Credit Controller to join a busy and established business based in Wednesbury on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced credit control professional who is looking for part-time hours and can make an immediate impact within a fast-paced finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Chasing outstanding invoices by telephone and email
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Resolving payment queries efficiently
- Allocating incoming payments
- Producing aged debt reports
- Maintaining accurate customer account records
- Working closely with the finance team to ensure timely debt recovery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Credit Control position
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Confidence working with finance systems and Microsoft Office
- A proactive and professional approach to debt collection
- The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
