About this role
We're seeking an IT Technician for a temporary, hybrid contract in the North Antrim / North Coast area. The role is heavily focused on hardware break/fix and user support, so you'll need to be technically capable, approachable and confident dealing with people at all levels.
The Role
- Desktop and laptop break/fix
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Windows and Microsoft 365 support
- Equipment setup and replacement
- Incident logging and escalation
- Face-to-face user support
Essential Criteria
- Previous IT support experience
- Strong hardware troubleshooting and break/fix skills
- Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident supporting non-technical users
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
Desirable Criteria
- Active Directory experience
- IT qualification or certification
- Device deployment or endpoint management experience
