Job Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day movement of goods in line with operational requirements.
- Inbound and Outbound call to and from customers
- Assist with receiving, checking, and processing deliveries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain clear records
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets and service expectations.
- Escalate issues promptly to the appropriate person to prevent delays or errors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking, packing, and documentation.
- Good numeracy and literacy skillls
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly and consistently.
- Basic understanding of logistics processes and the importance of accuracy.
- Reliable timekeeping and a proactive approach to completing tasks to standard.
- Comfort working in a fast paced active environment
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with the wider team, Customers and drivers
- Health and Safety awareness, with a commitment to safe working practices.
