We are looking for an experienced professional to lead performance and pricing data functions while driving the modernisation of systems, processes and reporting.
The opportunity
- Oversee investment performance, attribution, pricing and data management.
- Lead and develop established teams across performance and data.
- Drive automation, AI adoption and improvements to data infrastructure.
- Lead the development of centralised data platforms and enhanced reporting.
- Work closely with investment teams and senior stakeholders across the business.
What are we looking for?
- Strong experience in investment performance, attribution and data management within asset management.
- Proven team management experience.
- Experience delivering data transformation, automation or technology improvements.
- Knowledge of GIPS, performance methodologies and investment systems.
- A proactive, commercially minded individual with a passion for improving how data is managed and utilised.
