We’re recruiting a Finance Business Partner for an established multi-site organisation for their head office in Northampton. You’ll work closely with senior operational stakeholders, providing financial insight and challenge to improve performance and support commercial decision-making.

The role
- Partner with senior operational stakeholders
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting
- Analyse monthly performance, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Deliver variance analysis, KPI reporting and financial insight
- Support revenue, profitability and cost management
- Provide financial modelling to support commercial decisions
- Turn complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations
About you
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA studier/qualified, or equivalent experience (QBE)
- FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering experience
- Financial modelling and forecasting skills
- Confident with Excel
- Able to communicate with senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded with good analytical skills
