Academics Ltd is currently recruiting enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced Primary Teachers for supply teaching opportunities across Swindon and the surrounding areas.
With opportunities ranging from daily supply to short-term and long-term placements, this is an excellent opportunity to take control of your diary, explore different school environments and focus on what you enjoy most - teaching.
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
- Follow lesson plans and adapt activities to meet pupils' individual learning needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
- Support pupils' learning, progress and development.
- Adapt your teaching approach to suit different schools, year groups and classroom environments.
- Provide feedback to school staff where required and maintain a professional approach at all times.
This Primary Supply Teacher role is ideal for qualified teachers looking for flexibility, variety and the opportunity to gain experience across different primary school settings. Both ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply, provided they have QTS and at least one year of UK teaching experience.
