About this role
We are looking for a teaching assistant who:
Has the ability to work with a team in a responsive and flexible manner, responding to the instruction and advice of the provision lead.Can use their initiative to solve problems.Can share ideas for the adjustment of learning to enable pupils to access the learning effectively.Experience of supporting children with speech and communication needsExperience of working with children with autism and unpredictable behaviour patterns.To build effective trusting relationships with staff, pupils, parents and external agencies.
