We are seeking to appoint a committed and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Numeracy to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in raising standards in numeracy across the school, supporting pupils both in class and through targeted intervention programmes.

As a HTLA Numeracy, you will deliver planned learning activities, lead small‑group sessions and provide high‑quality numeracy support to pupils across KS3 and KS4.

Key responsibilities

Lead and deliver numeracy-focused interventions for individuals and small groups Support pupils’ understanding and application of mathematical concepts Deliver pre‑planned learning activities, occasionally covering whole classes where appropriate Track and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to teaching staff As a member of our staff, you will be part of a close-knit team dedicated to fostering a challenging yet nurturing learning environment.
