As a ESP / Nurture Teacher you will:
be responsible for teaching classes in the Academy using your skill, experience and best endeavours and in accordance with Teachers’ Standardslead the day‑to‑day running of our Nurture Classroom, delivering highly personalised, specialist and differentiated learninginspire, motivate and champion students with SEND, ensuring they feel safe, welcomed and supporteddevelop a bespoke curriculum aligned with whole‑school provision, enabling increased access to mainstream learningwork collaboratively with the SENDCo, support staff, external agencies and feeder schools to ensure continuity of care, progress and transitioncontribute to the wider life of the Academy, including supporting extra‑curricular activities and whole‑school initiatives
