Job Summary
You will serve as a Management Analyst in the FST Support Office Division of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following
- 1) Fleet Support Team (FST) expertise;
- 2) Developing and implementing policies, controls and operating procedures;
- 3) Effectively managing operational requirements;
- 4) Developing acquisition and sustainment strategies.

Major Duties
- You will assist supervisors in non-recruitment actions and initiate appropriate recruitment action for their requirements to ensure best resources are utilized.
- You will develop and establish FST Support Office procedures as they relate to (non)recruitments, entry level hiring, capstone projects, and interns to ensure effective and efficient operation and support of the FST/MRO-E organization.
- You will independently work directly with supervisors to provide information and support on issues related to developmental employees, interns, and candidates.
- You will provide programmatic/administrative support for the JETT Engineering Scientist Development Program or WMO, including facilitation of surveys/providing a consolidated report of feedback received plan of action for process improvements.
- You will create a bank of FST/MRO-E Capstone projects that can be sent to various universities to host capstone projects.
