As a Teaching Assistant, you will work under the guidance of teaching staff to support pupils’ learning, development, and wellbeing. You will:
Provide tailored support to pupils, including those with SENDPromote independence, engagement, and positive behaviourAssist with the delivery of learning activities and intervention programmesSupport pupils 1:1 and in small groups, including those with autismHelp create a purposeful, inclusive classroom environmentContribute to the wider ethos and life of the school This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping young people succeed and who thrives in a collaborative, caring school environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who:Has strong literacy and numeracy skillsHas experience working with children of secondary school ageUnderstands child development and barriers to learningCan work effectively as part of a teamBuilds positive relationships with pupils, staff, and familiesApplications and Information
