We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team at 35
Marylebone Road, London on a zero hour contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service in a professional hospitality environment.
As a Hospitality Assistant, you will support the delivery of hospitality services, meetings, events, and catering operations while ensuring a first-class experience for customers and guests.

What you'll be doing
- Delivering outstanding customer service across hospitality and catering operations
- Setting up and servicing hospitality meetings, events, and functions
- Serving food and beverages in a professional manner
- Assisting with food preparation and presentation
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness within hospitality and service areas
- Replenishing stock and ensuring service areas are well presented
- Operating tills and handling customer transactions where required
- Following food safety, health & safety, and company procedures at all times
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Previous hospitality, catering, retail, or customer service experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility is required to support business needs on an ad hoc basis.
- This role is offered on a zero hour contract, with work available as and when required.
