About this role
- Experience in stock management, warehousing, logistics or procurement. This can be in hospitality, retail, drinks distribution or a similar environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team.
- Excellent organisation, problem-solving and attention to detail, particularly in stock control.
- Calm under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements.
- Confident with stock management software and Microsoft Office.
- A genuine commitment to high standards and great service.
Desirable
- Experience in a high-volume hospitality or events venue.
- Knowledge of beer products, cellar management and correct storage and handling.
- Experience in cost control and waste reduction.
- Full clean Category B driving licence.
