We are currently looking for versatile, intelligent and energetic restaurant cashier and Cooks with passion for delivering outstanding service to join our professional and friendly team. This person will be responsible for providing passionate, charming and attentive service delivery to all customers according to our service standards in order to ensure guest satisfaction.
Job Summary
As the Restaurant Cashier/Cook, you will work alongside team members in ensuring customers have a wonderful experience, deliver quality service and maintaining relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is given to their issues/complaints
- Ensures sales entries are correctly entered and receipts are issued to customer
- Maintain excellent level of hygiene at all the time
- Must be knowledgeable about the company products
- Must possess suggestive selling skills
Requirements
- SSCE/OND
- 1 or more years’ experience working within the food industry as a Cashier, Cook, Chef or related role.
- Working knowledge of local dishes techniques and the Intercontinental dish making process.
- Keen attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment
- Must reside or be willing to work in Yenagoa, Bayelsa
Salary is very attractive + HMO + Free lunch + 13th month salary
