Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that are tailored to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with special educational needs and EAL learners.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, resilience, and a love of learning.Use data-driven methods to assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, ensuring every child reaches their potential.Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to provide holistic support for pupils.Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities, school events, and staff meetings.Adhere to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding, behaviour management, and health and safety protocols.Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.Commitment to supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of all pupils.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.A proactive and reflective approach to teaching, with a willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.An understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and a commitment to promoting the welfare of children.Salary and Benefits
