About this role
- Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Perform routine maintenance and factory-recommended services
- Collaborate with service advisors and the parts department
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service
- Participate in ongoing Audi technical training and EV certification programs
- ASE certifications and/or automotive technical school training preferred
- Audi or European automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Team-oriented attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
