We are now seeking an exceptional Senior Leader to build on this strong foundation and help guide the Academy into its next phase of development. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, resilient and values-driven leader to work in close partnership with the Principal to shape the strategic direction of the school and secure the very best outcomes for our pupils.
The Role
The successful candidate will be a talented, knowledgeable and committed professional with a deep belief in the potential of all children. You will bring the ambition, determination and resilience required to support the Principal in leading a school where high-quality teaching and learning sit at the heart of everything we do.
This is a non-teaching role, allowing the Vice Principal to focus fully on leadership, strategy, school improvement and staff development. You will play a central role in shaping culture, driving improvement and ensuring that pupils receive an exceptional educational experience every day.
