What You Can Expect
- Coordinate air and sea freight export shipments from booking through to departure.
- Prepare and process export documentation accurately and on time.
- Arrange bookings with airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, and overseas partners.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively manage delays or exceptions.
- Liaise with customers, overseas offices, suppliers, and carriers.
- Ensure shipment milestones are updated and maintained within operational systems.
- Manage customer enquiries and provide timely shipment updates.
- Verify shipping instructions and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Support billing, reporting, and operational administration activities.
What You Bring
- 2-4 years' experience in international freight forwarding.
- Experience managing air and/or sea freight export shipments.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and freight forwarding processes.
- Experience using CargoWise One or a similar freight management system.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to your work.
