Responsibilities
- 1. Keep the PFMEA and CP updated; Prepare PPAP for the client
- 2. Coordinate 8D in customer complaints
- 3. Carry out walks to review standards in productive areas
- 4. Present 8D's to clients
- 5. Travel abroad to coordinate giveaways and customer complaints
