Baker An exciting opportunity currently exists for an experienced Baker in all aspects of Bakery production with both dough and sweet skill sets at New World Rolleston. This role offers a great team and store culture, full training, and a commitment to ongoing training and learning within a fantastic team. Your day-to-day: Following recipes to produce amazing-looking products Working quickly and efficiently while managing your own workload Being part of a team to achieve daily tasks and communicating with the rest of the team Having excellent food safety and health and safety processes Using initiative to prioritise tasks and plan your day Sharing new ideas for products or processes What we need from you: Experience working in a Bakery or Bakery environment A passion for baking and producing high-quality products A good understanding of the baking industry Commitment to the work and a high degree of reliability Some flexibility to occasionally work extra shifts over and above your core hours Good physical fitness for lifting and operating equipment Great presentation skills and attention to detail Days and hours will be discussed at the interview - will include one weekend day.
