About this role
We are looking for a full‑time Duty Manager who genuinely cares about hospitality not just the idea of it, but the day‑to‑day reality of looking after people, leading a team, and keeping a busy venue running smoothly. Little Creatures has been a Fremantle staple for over 25 years, and this next chapter means a lot to us. If you love good food, respect proper Sequence of Service, and know your way around a beer tap, you’ll fit in well here. Personality matters too our team is full of humans who work hard, have a laugh, and take pride in what they do.
- What the Role Looks Like: This isn’t a clipboard‑and‑watch-from-the-sidelines kind of role.
- You’ll be on the floor, with the team, setting the tone for each shift.
- You’ll be: Leading service with confidence and common sense Keeping standards high without making it complicated Supporting the team and helping them grow Managing day‑to‑day operations with a level head Creating a warm, relaxed experience for guests not robotic, just real If you’re someone who can read a room, stay calm when it ramps up, and keep everyone pointed in the same direction, you’ll do well here.
- You’re the kind of person who: Actually, enjoys hospitality and the community that comes with it Has experience in restaurants or fast‑paced venues Knows how to lead without micromanaging Brings a bit of banter and personality, but also knows when to switch gears Takes pride in doing things properly, even when it’s busy Communicates clearly and honestly
What You’ll Get
