- Develop and maintain cost modelling for overall GGS product lines.
- Conduct detail cost analysis to support strategic cost setting and provide financial expertise in cost modeling, particularly in collaboration with PLM and GSM for TCO calculation.
- Support monthly actual cost analysis, control forecast, BB and GB.
- Provide business case (free cash flow) analysis to support capital investment project.
- Support cost reduction / production improvement activities.
- Be able to manage multiple projects/programs independently, including co-work with cross-function business teams (commercial, operation, GSM, engieering, etc.).
- Support finance closing as requested.
- Ensure compliance to SOX requirement and policies.
- Ad-hoc financial analysis support for business decisions.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, CPA & MBA preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience of Big 4 or manufacturing cost management is preferred.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details, result-oriented.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) with expertise in financial modeling.
- Strong cost control sense, proactive and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiar with AI/Digitalization tools.
