Conduct time studies, motion studies, and work measurement analysis to establish standard cycle times and optimize labor utilization. Develop and maintain standard work, work instructions, and operational process flows. Analyze production processes and recommend improvements in line balancing, workstation design, material flow, and plant layout. Support capacity analysis, manpower planning, and production planning by providing accurate IE data and operational insights. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes and implement corrective actions to improve throughput. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and other operational excellence methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Process Engineering, Supply Chain, and HR to support operational targets. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, efficiency, utilization, labor cost, and OEE. Support new product introduction (NPI), process changes, and factory expansion projects from an industrial engineering perspective. Develop manpower models and productivity benchmarks to support budgeting and operational planning. Lead cost-saving projects and track savings achievements. Train and coach supervisors, engineers, and operators on IE tools, methods, and continuous improvement practices. Ensure all engineering improvements comply with safety, quality, and company standards. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of time study, motion study, line balancing, capacity planning, layout design, and process optimization. Hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, VSM, and continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with production systems, labor productivity analysis, and cost reduction programs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change effectively. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Required Skills Required by Legal or QEHS: Well understand and master the major environmental and safety factors involved in the department Know EHS relevant law and regulations Setup and manage function EHS objectives Obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements). Competencies (knowledge, skills, and behaviors) Lean manufacturing methodology Good knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and project management. Familiar with manufacturing processes, production equipment, and plant engineering practices. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Communication and interpersonal skills Problem Solving and Analytical skills Exposure to and understanding of the corporate network and resources Proficient in AutoCAD Desired Skills Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred. Experience with digitalization, performance dashboards, or manufacturing systems is a plus.
