我们的光通信事业部日前已经从光纤和电缆、硬件与设备制造商发展成为了在更加广泛的通信领域提供行业领先光学解决方案的综合服务供应商。这一领域共分为两种主要的产品分组 – 即载波网络和企业网络。载波网络产品分组主要包括适用于以光学为基础之通信基础设施的产品和解决方案，可用于视频、数据和语音通信等服务。企业网络产品分组则主要包括销售给公司、政府和个人自用并且以光学为基础的通信网络。
- Purpose of Position Assist PEx manager implement Lean , Six sigma culture in company , coach staff about Lean , Six sigma tools , and lead the improvement project . Day to Day Responsibility Analyze existing production process, identify bottlenecks and waste, propose improvement solutions.
- Deploy PEx and lean culture, share and training Lean & Six sigma knowledge to staff . Lead Lean & Six sigma project, and coach cross function department team member about the Kaizen project , lean project , six sigma project.
- Analyze production line balance problem and improve production efficiency by optimizing work assignment and reducing waiting time.
- Plan, execute and monitor lean improvement projects to ensure projects are completed on time and in quality.
- Encourage employees to come up with more innovative ideas and suggestions to promote continuous improvement and innovation in production process.
- Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as lean six sigma engineer in manufacturing environment, with excellent work performance.
- Rich experience in Lean improvement project promotion, leading projects to improve production efficiency and process quality with significant results.
- Required Skills.
- Competencies, or Certification Certifications in Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing , Black belt / Green belt are preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Strong data analysis ability.
- Good oral and written expression ability.
- Ability to achieve the results through teams.
- Well know about Lean & Six sigma knowledge.
- Skilled application of Office software, Minitab or JMP, strong judgment and execution ability and teamwork ability.
